Tap into the transformative power of your breath during this one-of-a-kind workshop. Through a combination of guided breath work from the Wim Hof Method and breath-inspired movement processes from the Feldenkrais Method, you will experience how conscious breathing can rapidly shift the overall state of your nervous system.

Between practices, discussion will center on how you can build breath awareness in daily life.

Paul Pui Wo Lee

Paul Pui Wo Lee is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and currently the rehearsal director for Of Curious Nature, a contemporary dance ensemble based in Bremen, Germany.  He has toured internationally with Andersson Dance, performing at The Barbican in London, and The Kennedy Centre in Washington, D.C.

As a Feldenkrais practitioner, Paul has taught for dance companies and schools throughout Europe. He teaches online through Movement and Creativity Library, The Exhale for musicians, as well as his own private groups.

Brian Morrison

Brian Morrison is a Breathwork Coach and certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.

For the last decade, Brian has taught in Higher Education with a focus on creatively connecting the mind and body. Brian creates immersive breathwork experiences to guide people back into their body via the breath.

His teacher centers on helping people release physical and emotional pain and training them to manage stress and anxiety by more skilfully by building a deeper relationship with their breath.

Seth Dellinger

Seth Dellinger is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner,  Wim Hof Method enthusiast, and a life-long experimentalist. He brings his background in improvisational music and dance to his teaching, encouraging students to tap more deeply into the creative wisdom of their bodies.

Seth has created several innovative online movement programs including Reimagining Asana, Vitruvian Human & Breathing for Resilience. He produces frequent new content about movement practice and life purpose for his YouTube channel, Move With Seth.
