What is biological fitness? It’s what’s important to any living creature: making the experience of the world stable, safe and potent. The Feldenkrais Method was designed to help human beings live this way.
It’s not so easy to “love thy neighbor” all the time, even if we agree that the world would be a better place if we all did. But we all have some people we find easy to love. They can be our teachers.
