What is more familiar to you – to be alone or to be in the company of others? We tend to assume that what is most familiar to us is the most comfortable, but it’s not always a correct assumption.
What is needed to create a new habit? What is this internal argument between inertia and motion really for? Does it actually have anything to do with it? What about orienting towards joy instead?
