Whether or not you share it with others, writing daily is a highly useful practice. It’s the act of taking the ideas inside your head and putting them out into the daylight. It will actually change the way you think.
When ask ourselves the questions we’ve never asked, we discover things about ourselves that we never knew. We uncover strengths we never knew we had, opening the possibility of a completely new story.
It’s hard to get clarity when there is too much stimulus to process. We can help each other by being clearer in ourselves before we communicate. This is true in Feldenkrais practice and life in general.
