Writing and publishing daily is a practice that guarantees I will continue showing just a little bit more of myself day after day. For better or worse, I suspect you will get to know me better.
What does it mean to go faster without hurrying? I might feel natural to speed up when something gets easier, but it’s worth taking time to do that. It makes a difference for others around you.
Most of the time, awareness practice is an individual activity. Practicing awareness with others involves more complexity, but it’s possible. And very worthwhile.
