Most of the time, awareness practice is an individual activity. Practicing awareness with others involves more complexity, but it’s possible. And very worthwhile.
Everything around you and inside you contains a story. It’s worth taking the time to listen in and discover how the story is told. How does your story interact with the stories of the world?
