How do we change our habits? Replacing them with something new isn’t enough when the old habit rears its head again. We have to develop the kind of awareness where we literally find the new option more attractive.
Spontaneous gratitude is a beautiful thing, but gratitude can also be developed through consistent conscious practice. It’s a great way to keep connected to what’s important and keep your world in a healthy balance.
Over 100 people joined a dozen practitioners to experience Awareness Through Movement classes and Functional Integration sessions at the 3rd DC Feldenkrais Festival. It was a truly transformative experience.
