What’s the difference between trying to “succeed” and trying to improve”? Moshe Feldenkrais taught us that our drive to achieve makes us move too quickly, not listening to ourselves. But there is a better way.
“We are all one” is a statement people could argue about all day. But if your connection to everyone else simply felt like a fact of life, how would you live differently?
It’s nice when we get to feel like Goldilocks. Except my Goldilocks feels different than yours, so sometimes we disturb each other – unless we learn to adjust.
