What do you do when you get frustrated? You might have good reasons for it, but things are the way they are – so what can you do about it? Maybe it helps to reframe what frustration means.
Most of us are aware that when we speak, if are calm, we have the opportunity to choose our words. We hear them before we say them, and edit. It’s possible to take the same approach to movement.
Some problems will require more force of will to solve than others. But there is more than one way to apply that force, and better and worse moments as well.
Today I had to take a detour from the regularly scheduled programming and revisit the musical qualities of words.
