We know we want to breathe better, have better balance and more flexibility – but do we want to take up more space? Sometimes. What served us in childhood might not serve us now.
Sometimes the way forward involves admitting you are wrong. The problem is: we don’t like to do that! That’s why it pays to wait for the voice in your head that speaks with a compassionate tone. Then listen.
We misdirect our attention every time we focus on what isn’t perfect. By focusing on the tiniest improvements we can always make, we unlock infinite potential for growth.
